Terms and Conditions

- Tickets are valid from 1/7/2024 to 31/12/2024.
- Tickets purchased online can be used from the day after purchase. Re-entry is not allowed after exiting.
- Once the order is confirmed, it is not allowed to change the visit date and time.
- Weekday tickets can be entered from 11:00 am - 07:00 pm
- Weekend and Public Holiday operating hours: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm
- The last admission time is 06:00 pm
- Please present the QR code at ARTE M Hong Kong box office to redeem your ticket before entering the exhibition.

- To avoid any disputes, customers may be required to present valid ID card on site. Full time students are required to present valid student ID card on site. Otherwise, standard Adult ticket price would be applied.
- For infant under 36 months, free ticket can be redeemed at the box office.
- All responsibility for loss of valuables, injury, or damage caused in the exhibition space due to the visitor's negligence lies with the visitor. In such cases, ARTE M HONG KONG shall not be held liable.
- In case of damage to the facility due to the visitor's negligence, the visitor shall be liable for compensation in accordance with Hong Kong law.
- ARTE M HONG KONG reserves the right to the final interpretation of the terms and conditions set forth in this ticket.
- For Typhoon Signal #8, exhibition opening is delayed for approximately 3 hours after the signal is lowered (Issued before exhibition opens); Exhibition closes (Issued during opening hours). If the Signal is lowered after 3 pm, the exhibition will remain closed for the day.

Cancellation Policy

Cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or other items.
