ARTE M Hong Kong很榮幸宣布舉辦「永恆的自然，永恆的瞬間」攝影及短片比賽。這個比賽旨在通過攝影和短片的力量，展示大自然的美麗和瞬間的永恆。
參賽者將有機會展示他們的攝影和短片技能，捕捉那些令人驚嘆的自然景觀和獨特的瞬間。
比賽分為兩個組別：相片組和Youtube短片組。相片組要求參賽者提交高質量的攝影作品，展示他們的攝影技巧和對自然的獨特觀察。Youtube短片組要求參賽者創作引人入勝的短片，以生動的方式展示自然之美。
比賽評選將由公眾投票和ARTE M團隊投票結合，以確保公正和多元的評選結果。最終得票最高的參賽者將獲得香港至首爾的雙人來回機票一套，是一個難得的機會探索其他城市的自然和文化。

比賽規則：
此相片及短片拍攝比賽將由公眾投票和ARTE M 團隊投票組成，投票比重各佔50%。

相片組規格：
- 相片尺寸長寬需大於2500像素。

Youtube短片組規格：
- 僅需要擁有YouTube頻道，無限制訂閱人數。
- 短片可以包括文字、圖像或跨媒體創作。

版權要求：
- 所有相片及短片作品必須為參賽者原創，且從未公開播放或用於參加其他比賽。

條款及細則
1. 持有入場日期為2024年7月1日至2024年8月31日期間的門票，即合資格可參加【永恆自然，永恆時刻2.0】攝影比賽。
2. 參賽者可以無限次參加比賽，每次提交時可選擇上傳最多 10 張照片。
3. 提交的照片必須包含ARTE M Hong Kong展覽作品，且不得包含犯罪、暴力、猥褻、猥褻、誹謗、誹謗、侵犯隱私、政治或其他違反或侵犯任何法律法規的元素。

ARTE M Hong Kong is honored to announce the "Eternal Nature, Eternal Moments 2.0" Photo and Short Film Contest. This contest aims to showcase the beauty of nature and the eternity of moments through the power of photo and short films.
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their photography and short film skills, capturing those stunning natural landscapes and unique moments.
The contest has divided into “Photo Category” and “Video Category”. The Photo Category requires participants to submit high-quality photos that showcases their photography skills and unique observations of nature. The Youtube Video Category requires participants to create engaging videos that showcase the beauty of nature in a vivid way.
The grand prize winner will be determined through a combination of public votes and votes from the ARTE M team to ensure fair and diverse selection results. The participants with the most votes will receive round-trip tickets for two people from Hong Kong to Seoul, which is a rare opportunity to explore the nature and culture of other cities.
We look forward to the creativity and enthusiasm of the participants and hope to bring the beauty of nature to more people through this contest. Whether you are a photography enthusiast or a video maker, this contest is a great opportunity to showcase your talent and love of nature.
Contest Rules:
This photo and short film contest will be composed of public voting and ARTE M team voting, with each voting accounting for 50%.

Photo Category Specifications:
- Photo size must be greater than 2500 pixels in length and width.
- The file size will affect the upload speed. It is recommended that the file size be less than 15MB.
Youtube Video Category Specifications:
- Open to YouTube channel creators with no limitation on subscribers
- Short films can include text, images or cross-media creations.
- Short videos must be submitted in YouTube format.
- The aspect ratio must be 4:3 or 16:9 horizontally.
Copyright Requirements:
- All photos and videos must be original creations of the participants and have never been publicly broadcast or used to participate in other contests.
- Participants must not plagiarize or infringe any intellectual property rights.

Terms & Conditions
1. Holders of tickets with an entry date from 1 July 2024 to 31 August 2024 are eligible to participate in the "Eternal Nature, Eternal Moment 2.0" Photo and Short Film Contest.
2. Participants may enter the contest an unlimited number of times and may choose to upload up to 10 photos per submission.
3. Submitted photos must contain works from the ARTE M Hong Kong exhibition and must not contain criminal, violent, obscene, obscene, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy, political or other elements that violate or infringe any laws or regulations.
4. By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge that (1) participants shall abide by these Terms and Conditions, and (2) participants own all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights) in and to the photos. ARTE M Hong Kong grants a perpetual, unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable and worldwide license to use, adopt and/or publish the photos for the contest and/or in connection with the contest. ; (3) Participants have obtained the consent and authorization of all persons appearing in the photos and videos to use, adopt and/or publish the photos for contest and/or competition-related purposes.
5. The participant with the highest number of votes will win two round-trip tickets from Hong Kong to Seoul.
6. The winner will be announced on the ARTE M Hong Kong Instagram on September 18, 2024, and the prize collection arrangements will be notified separately via email. Winners should retain notification emails as proof of their eligibility to win.
7. Winners must follow the instructions in the notification email to claim their prize within the time specified in the notification email. Any prize not claimed within the stipulated time will be absolutely forfeited. The winner shall not claim any compensation from ARTE M Hong Kong for any forfeiture of the prize.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other rewards.
10. You shall provide ARTE M Hong Kong with personal information, including name, email address and phone number, in order to redeem your prize (if applicable). You understand and agree that such personal data may be transferred to third-party service providers for gift redemption.
11. You understand and agree that ARTE M Hong Kong may collect your personal data during and for the competition. You also agree and authorize ARTE M Hong Kong to use your personal information collected for competition purposes, including contact, recording, publication, promotion and any other related purposes.
12. ARTE M Hong Kong is not responsible for any losses incurred and/or related to errors in data entry, delays or losses in submission, and data transmission errors caused by technical problems (including but not limited to any computer or network problems). Not responsible at all.
13. ARTE M Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify participants from participating in the event and/or pursue legal liability against participants.
14. In the event of any dispute, ARTE M Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision, including suspending, changing or terminating the event and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
